Delivery area

We deliver only to street addresses on the main island of Manhattan. We do not deliver to Roosevelt Island, Randall's Island, Wards Island, Governors Island, Liberty Island, Ellis Island, or Marble Hill, or to any address outside Manhattan. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

If you are not sure whether your address is eligible, contact us before you order.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order.

How delivery works

Every order is delivered by our own riders. We do not use FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.

At checkout you choose a 30-minute delivery window. The earliest window offered is the next one that starts at least 15 minutes after you place your order. Your order arrives within the window you chose.

Delivery hours

Delivery windows are available during these hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Thursday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM

All times are Eastern Time. We deliver every day of the year, including holidays.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot complete delivery because no one is available to receive it, the address is incorrect or cannot be reached, or the address is outside our delivery area, we will contact you. If the delivery cannot be completed, we will cancel the order and refund it in full.
