About this champagne

Yellow Label is the bottle most people picture when they think of Veuve Clicquot. Pinot Noir makes up about half the blend and gives the wine its structure, Chardonnay adds finesse and Meunier rounds it out. Grapes come from 50 to 60 different crus.

To keep the style steady year after year, the house blends in a large share of reserve wines from its library. Time on the lees adds a toasty, dried-fruit richness to fresh pear, apple and citrus, all carried by fine, lasting bubbles.
