These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services at drizly.net (the "Services"), operated by drizly.net ("drizly.net," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Local delivery only

We deliver free of charge to the main island of Manhattan only, by our own riders. We do not deliver outside that area. If you give an address outside our delivery area, we may cancel the order and refund it as described in our Shipping Policy.

Products and pricing

Product descriptions, vintages, bottle sizes, ABV, and images are provided for convenience and may change. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues), and we will refund amounts charged for cancelled items.

Payments

Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods we offer. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable tax.

Accounts

Accounts use a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product photography we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Except where the law requires otherwise, the Services and products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the website will operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
