About this wine
Pibarnon's vineyard climbs in terraces to 300 metres above the sea, in a vast natural amphitheatre. For the 2024 rosé, Cinsault is pressed directly for fruit and richness, while Mourvèdre, from saignée and pressing, brings structure, freshness and complexity. After a long, cool fermentation in steel, it rests six months in enamelled tanks. Yields were a low 25 hl/ha. A rosé for the table year-round: fruity early on, more mineral and structured with time.
