About this wine
Fruit from each vineyard is fermented separately in oak, concrete and steel with different yeasts, then aged 18–22 months in barrels from more than 50 coopers. A cool, wet 2022 spring delayed ripening, but the fruit came in outstanding, with fresh acidity. Expansive and supple, with red fruit and nutmeg and clove on the finish.
