About this wine

Domaine Antoine Olivier’s 2016 Les Côteaux Sous la Roche brings Burgundy’s Santenay appellation into focus through Chardonnay grown on calcareous ground. The wine opens with citrus and floral notes, then builds into a broad, energetic palate with bright acidity and pronounced intensity. Barrel maturation gives gentle seasoning, while stainless-steel time helps preserve definition. Its combination of ripe lemon character, mineral drive and lingering length makes this a compelling white Burgundy for the table.
