About this wine
The 2024 Caillotte is a dry Sancerre made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire Valley. The cuvee takes its name from small Kimmeridgian limestone fragments mixed through the clay, a soil associated with aromatic lift and mineral expression. Bright citrus, green apple and fresh herbs lead into a brisk palate of lemon, lime and gentle gooseberry, while flinty notes add definition. The finish is clean and mineral-driven, making this a refreshing, food-friendly white.
