Domaine Ferret’s 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé brings together Chardonnay parcels from the Fuissé amphitheatre, where granite, limestone, marl and clay create a detailed sense of place. Parcel-by-parcel cellar work and measured barrel ageing give the wine breadth without obscuring its freshness. Look for jasmine, verbena and lime alongside pear, white peach and stone tones, followed by saline energy and a lingering, bright finish. It is a polished white Burgundy with both mineral precision and generous texture.

Domaine J.A. Ferret has shaped Pouilly-Fuissé since its 1840 founding. The estate pioneered bottling at the domaine after World War II and preserves a parcel-focused style that highlights each site. Now part of Louis Jadot, it farms vineyards sustainably across the appellation, including the hills around Fuissé and the Roche de Vergisson.
