Domaine Mathias is a family-run estate in southern Burgundy with roots spanning several generations. Its 11-hectare vineyard focuses on Mâconnais appellations, including Pouilly-Fuissé. The domaine has farmed organically since 2010, achieved organic certification from the 2013 vintage, and carefully makes and bottles its wines at the estate.
