About this wine
By.Ott is the more approachable rosé from Domaines Ott, one of the pioneers of fine Provence rosé. It is made in the new cellar at Château de Selle, with about 80% of the fruit from Château de Selle and Clos Mireille and the rest from long-trusted growers.
The 2024 is the first vintage certified organic in both vineyard and cellar. A Grenache-led blend with Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre, it is fresh and refined, with citrus, a salty, mineral edge and bright acidity.

Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Marcel Ott and has been making prestige Provence rosé since 1912. The house joined Champagne Louis Roederer in 2004, and Ott descendants still run the winemaking.
Its estates include Château de Selle and Clos Mireille, both farmed organically. By.Ott is the house's more accessible rosé, made by fourth-generation winemaker Jean-François Ott.
