Dr. Bürklin-Wolf is a historic family estate based in Wachenheim’s Mittelhaardt, with roots reaching back to 1597. Under Bettina Bürklin-von Guradze, the estate adopted a Burgundian-style vineyard classification and completed its conversion to biodynamic cultivation in 2005. Its work centers on dry Rieslings that reflect the character of their sites.
