Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is made by PJ Rigney's The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, Ireland, where it is slow-distilled by hand in medieval copper pot stills. The distillery recommends it with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit and premium tonic.
