About this wine
Egon’s NV Grüner Veltliner brings a bright Austrian profile to a generous 1-liter format. From Kremstal vineyards beside the Danube, sustainably farmed vines rooted in loess and conglomerate give the wine mineral energy and varietal spice. Stainless-steel fermentation preserves its freshness without oak influence. Expect a light-to-medium, dry white with green apple, lime, pear and citrus nuances, brisk acidity, and a clean, peppery mineral close.

Egon traces its Kremstal family winemaking tradition to 1868. The project farms Danube-side vineyards on east- and south-facing slopes in Niederösterreich, opposite Wachau. Its work centers on Grüner Veltliner, with sustainable cultivation and a fresh, stainless-steel-led expression of the region’s loess and conglomerate soils.
