About this gin

Fords was reverse-engineered from the classic cocktails. Juniper and coriander form the backbone, balanced by bitter orange, lemon and grapefruit peel, jasmine, orris, angelica and cassia.

The botanicals steep for 15 hours before distillation, giving the gin weight and viscosity.

Fords Gin was created by bartender Simon Ford with 11th-generation master distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers in London. It took 83 attempts to perfect a recipe designed to work in every classic gin cocktail.
