About this wine
Franco M. Martinetti’s 2024 Gavi comes from Rovereto, within Piedmont’s Gavi DOCG, and showcases the region’s Cortese grape. Hand-harvested fruit from iron-rich clay-marl soils is gently pressed, fermented with temperature control, and kept in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, inviting white with floral and chamomile notes, ripe peach and citrus, followed by a supple palate and a clean, lightly tangy finish. Serve it with fish or open it as an aperitivo.
