Bodegas Granbazán began with the Otero family’s Albariño plantings in 1981 and released its first wines commercially in 1989, including Ámbar. Rooted in Galicia’s Salnés Valley, the winery has expanded its vineyards and pursued modern innovation while keeping Albariño and the Rías Baixas landscape at the center of its work.
