About this liqueur
Hiram Walker Dark Crème de Cacao is a chocolate liqueur made with Brazilian and Venezuelan cacao. The dark (brown) and white versions taste the same; the dark one simply has its color, from added caramel.
Crème de cacao is a key ingredient in the Brandy Alexander, made with cognac, crème de cacao and cream.
