About this wine
This 2021 Pinot Grigio comes from Friuli’s DOC Isonzo del Friuli, where river-shaped soils of clay, gravel, and sand frame the wine’s fresh regional character. Destemmed grapes are gently pressed, clarified, and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature; several months on the lees add texture before bottling. In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow hue, a pleasing varietal bouquet, and a dry, harmonious palate. Serve it as an elegant aperitivo or alongside lighter dishes.
