About this wine
Inniskillin Riesling Icewine captures Niagara’s signature sweet-wine style in a small 375 ml bottle. Made from Riesling grapes that freeze on the vine, it concentrates fruit while preserving the variety’s naturally brisk acidity. Lemongrass and honeydew aromas lead into a palate of citrus and lime, with a refreshing lift through the finish. Its VQA designation and Niagara Peninsula origin underline the wine’s Canadian identity, while generous residual sugar gives it an unmistakably dessert-ready profile.

from the producer
Inniskillin helped put Canadian wine before an international audience. Ziraldo and Karl Kaiser established the winery in the 1970s; it later made its home at Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Brae Burn Estate. A naturally frozen Vidal harvest in 1984 launched its Icewine legacy, followed by major recognition at Bordeaux’s 1991 Vinexpo.
