About this wine
King's Flower Rosé 2025 is a Côtes de Provence rosé linked to Château Mentone, an estate in the heart of Provence whose vineyards date back to the 1840s. Made from equal parts Cinsault and Grenache noir, it comes from old vines on selected north-facing parcels, giving a ripe, full-bodied rosé that still keeps its crispness. There is no oak: the wine is raised in stainless steel, and the result is balanced and mineral, its richness lifted by acidity.

Château Mentone is a historic Provençal estate whose vineyard was developed by the Perrot de Gasquet family in 1845. Marie-Pierre Caille and her family took ownership in 2003, reviving the property and updating its winemaking facilities. The domaine now combines a long agricultural heritage with organic cultivation and a family-led approach to wine and hospitality.
