About this wine
From the Southern Rhône’s sandy, red-clay hillsides, this 2016 white combines Clairette Rose, White Grenache and Roussanne. It offers pear, apricot and hawthorn aromas, followed by a delicate aniseed lift. A mineral core is softened by subtle roundness, while six months in vat preserve the wine’s clear, energetic character. Its long, airy finish makes it an expressive partner for refined seafood and vegetable dishes.

La Bastide Saint Dominique is a family-run Southern Rhône estate founded by the Bonnet family around a former 16th-century chapel. Now spanning 50 hectares, it farms organically and works across Châteauneuf-du-Pape and neighboring Rhône appellations. Eric Bonnet has directed the domaine’s production and cellar operations since 1999, combining family continuity with a modern technical approach.
