The Lauverjat family has deep roots in Sancerre, farming from Sury-en-Vaux and neighboring Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois. Karine and Christian are joined by their son Kévin, while the estate farms sustainably, avoiding herbicides and pesticides and keeping grass between vine rows. The family also makes Sancerre in white, rosé, and red styles.
