About this wine
Licia Albariño 2024 brings the Atlantic character of Galicia’s Rías Baixas to the glass. Made entirely from Albariño, it comes from hillside vineyards in O Rosal, where bright exposure and permeable granitic soils support gradual ripening. Its profile balances generous texture with refreshing lift: think citrus, green apple, grapefruit, fresh herbs and a subtle mineral edge. Stainless-steel handling preserves the grape’s clarity, while the wine’s length makes it equally at home beside seafood or a vibrant vegetable dish.

HGA Bodegas y Viñedos de Altura is the Gómez family’s Galician wine project, founded in 2001 after a family tradition in O Rosal dating to 1954. Third-generation winemaker Pablo Ibáñez guides the estate, bringing formal viticulture and enology training to vineyards in the Rías Baixas landscape and a distinctly local approach to Albariño.
