About this wine
Chassagne-Montrachet sits at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune, with vineyards at 250–350 metres on mostly marly limestone. Jadot gives the wine a long fermentation in tank before aging it in barrel, and includes fruit from several Premier Cru sites. Expect a deeply coloured, full-bodied white of depth and intensity, with a persistent, earthy finish; this is the 2023.
