About this wine
Pouilly-Fuissé sits at the top of the Mâconnais hierarchy, on the northern edge of Beaujolais. Jadot ferments part of the wine in barrel and gives it six months in French oak — a light touch that adds structure without masking the fruit. Fresh red apple, honey and white flowers lead to a harmonious, medium-bodied palate of toasted nuts and citrus; this is the 2024.
