About this sparkling

Mionetto IL Prosecco belongs to the producer's 'IL' collection, made for easygoing, social drinking. The Glera grapes grow on the sloping hills just northeast of Venice, are harvested in the second half of September and softly pressed, and the wine gets its bubbles from a second fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks (the Charmat method).

It is light straw in color, with acacia blossom, honey and apricot on the nose and a crisp, dry palate with a smooth, long finish. Serve it as an aperitif or keep it on the table through the meal.
