About this wine
Meursault is the largest village of the Côte de Beaune, and its wines are mainly white. Leflaive blends 10 to 15 complementary plots — rich, deep soils at the foot of the slope and limestone-marl higher up — from vines averaging 40 years. Whole grapes are pressed, fermented in barrel and aged 18 months, 20% in new oak. Despite a hot, demanding 2023, the result is broad and expressive.
