About this wine
Pascal Jolivet’s 2025 Sancerre Blanc Signature brings together Sauvignon Blanc from limestone, clay-limestone and flint soils in France’s Loire Valley. The wine is dry, mineral and elegant, with perfumed white-fruit and orchard-flower notes, a subtle smoky edge and integrated acidity. Gentle pressing and separate lot fermentation preserve the distinctions among the soils, while seven months of ageing adds depth. Its poised profile suits an aperitif or a range of fresh seafood.
