About this wine
Patrick Piuze's Terroir de Chablis comes from two north-facing parcels very close to Premier Cru Montmains. Like his other village-level 'Terroir' wines, it ferments spontaneously, ages mostly in old stainless-steel tanks, goes through malolactic naturally and is bottled in the spring. This is the 2024 vintage.

from the producer
Montreal-born Patrick Piuze founded his Chablis winery in 2008 after working with Burgundy estates including Olivier Leflaive, Verget and Jean-Marc Brocard. He collaborates with growers throughout the appellation, using organically farmed fruit and hand harvesting. His site-specific range highlights the distinct character of Chablis’s many vineyards.
