About this wine
Peyrassol’s 2025 Les Commandeurs Rosé is an AOP Côtes de Provence made from organically grown grapes: 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 15% Syrah from inland-valley clay and limestone, with some schist parcels. Harvested at night, the grapes are destemmed and pressed straight away, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged several months on fine lees to keep the aromas fresh. Pale, delicate pink, it shows small wild berries and a hint of juniper, with a lively, exotic-citrus palate that is harmonious, clean and refreshing.

Its 1,000-hectare property includes 95 hectares of vineyards on rocky clay and limestone.
