About this wine
The 2023 Saint-Aubin Premier Cru La Chatenière is a white Burgundy from Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, eldest son of Marc Colin, who founded his own domaine with his wife Caroline Morey after making the wine at his father’s estate from 1994 to 2005. from the producer
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey began his own domaine with Caroline Morey after a decade making wine at his father Marc Colin’s estate. Drawing on inherited family vineyards, the domaine farms sustainably and emphasizes meticulous cellar work, larger-format barrels and extended élevage. Their sons Mathis and Clément now contribute to the continuing family enterprise.
