About this wine
Pullus’s 2025 Sivi Pinot comes from Štajerska, Slovenia, where steep, wind-rich hills and marl-backed sand and clay soils shape the fruit. Pinot Grigio spends 48–72 hours on its skins, creating a salmon-tinged hue and an intriguing bridge between crisp white and light rosé. Pear, green melon, and nectarine lead into a rounded, oily palate, while brisk acidity and mineral character keep the wine energetic. Six months on lees in stainless steel add texture while preserving its dry, fruit-forward style.

Ptujska klet is a historic Slovenian cellar in Ptuj, where wine has been stored and matured since the medieval era. Its vineyards span Štajerska’s Haloze and Slovenske gorice, while the Pullus identity was introduced in 2007. The winery combines longstanding regional tradition with contemporary cellar practice and modern Slovenian wine presentation.
