About this wine
This 2023 Chablis from the Roger Roblot label is a dry Chardonnay made by Lamblin & Fils, whose cellars sit in Maligny near the Serein river. The vines grow on Kimmeridgian limestone around 150 million years old, rich in tiny fossil oyster shells. To keep the terroir's mineral character, the wine is made in stainless steel with natural malolactic fermentation, then cold-stabilised and lightly filtered. Expect white flowers and citrus moving to ripe fruit, with fine minerality and good length.

Louis Lamblin moved into the wine trade in 1890, and the house grew internationally from the late 1950s. Its vines are farmed sustainably.
