About this wine
Fleur d'Acacia is a Chablis cuvée from vines bordered by acacia woods, made by Lamblin & Fils and sold here under the Roger Roblot label in the 2022 vintage. The Chardonnay grows on Kimmeridgian limestone and is fermented cool, at about 17°C, in stainless steel to build aroma, with natural malolactic and about six months' rest before bottling. Expect a golden wine whose nose is led by acacia blossom and white flowers, with fresh fruit and subtle minerality.

Roger Roblot wines are made by Lamblin & Fils, a family house in Maligny in the Chablis district. The Lamblins have owned vines in Chablis since 1690 and are now in their twelfth generation. Louis Lamblin moved into the wine trade in 1890, and the house grew internationally from the late 1950s. Its vines are farmed sustainably.
