About this wine
Roger Roblot's 2022 Mâcon-Villages is a white Burgundy from Chardonnay grown on siliceous and granitic soils in the Mâconnais, selected by Lamblin & Fils. It is vinified in temperature-controlled tanks at 16 to 18°C, goes through full malolactic fermentation and rests on fine lees until bottling to keep its potential. Expect a pale yellow wine with an intense nose of white flowers and white peach, and a pleasant, fresh, well-balanced palate. Enjoy within two to three years.

Roger Roblot wines are made by Lamblin & Fils, a family house in Maligny in the Chablis district. The Lamblins have owned vines in Chablis since 1690 and are now in their twelfth generation. Louis Lamblin moved into the wine trade in 1890, and the house grew internationally from the late 1950s. Its vines are farmed sustainably.
