About this wine
Tzora’s Judean Hills Blanc is the estate’s regional white, made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grown on old terraces in Israel’s historic Judean Hills, where shallow Terra-Rosa soil sits over limestone. The 2025 was fermented cool and aged on its lees for seven months in French barriques and stainless steel, skipping malolactic fermentation to keep its natural acidity and freshness. Drinking well now, it should keep developing in bottle over the next two to three years.
