About this wine

Villa Garrel is a pale, expressive Côtes de Provence rosé from Fabre en Provence. Its blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah comes from clay-limestone terroir in Provence. Late-August harvesting, skin contact, gentle pressing, and cool, regulated fermentation shape a bright, polished style. Fresh lemon aromas lead into a rounded palate marked by plum, while a clean, refreshing finish keeps the wine lively. Pour it as an aperitif or alongside Mediterranean cooking.

from the producer

Fabre en Provence traces its wine business to 1920, when Henri Fabre Sr. founded the company in Besse-sur-Issole. Over time, the family portfolio grew around historic Provence properties, notably Château de L’Aumérade. With deep Var roots and vineyards across Côtes de Provence, Fabre combines estate wines with carefully selected partner bottlings.
