About this wine
Zlatan Otok’s 2025 Pošip brings the character of Bast, a steep Biokovo vineyard near Makarska, into a bright Croatian white. Made entirely from Pošip, it balances a robust Mediterranean presence with freshness and mineral drive. Hand-harvested fruit sees brief skin contact, cool stainless-steel fermentation, and eight months of tank ageing. Expect a structured, fruit-rich palate with the variety’s distinctive dried-apricot and fig aromatics, finishing with a dense, stony impression.
