Bonterra's Sauvignon Blanc is a California white made from organically farmed grapes. Bonterra, based in Mendocino County, has been one of the pioneers of organic winegrowing in California.
The 2020 is mostly Sauvignon Blanc, with small shares of Chardonnay and Verdelho for texture and aroma. It's fully dry, with less than 5 g/L of residual sugar, and comes under screw cap. It won a bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
