About this wine

Bellini's Vin Santo del Chianti is made from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes dried on cane racks and pressed in January. The wine ferments and then ages for five years in the same sealed chestnut casks. Amber with golden and orange glints, it shows honey, dried and caramelised fruit and sweet vanilla, with a sweetness kept fresh by lively acidity. This is the 2015 vintage.
