About this pisco
Made from Quebranta, Peru's 'macho' grape, at Destilería La Caravedo. Single-distilled in copper pot stills from fully fermented grape juice — never pomace — and rested at least six months, with no added colour, water, sugar or wood flavouring. About 3 kg of grapes go into each bottle.
Apple, Bosc pear, grass, almond and cherry, with hints of banana and chocolate.
