About this tequila

Casamigos Cristalino begins as Reposado, aged in American white oak. It is then charcoal-filtered, which removes the golden color and restores the crisp agave of the Blanco while keeping some of the cask character.

The nose is cocoa and caramel with a hint of agave. The palate is crisp and clean, with oaky vanilla bean, dried raisin and fig, and the finish is medium to long and silky.

Casamigos, 'house of friends', was created in 2013 by Rande Gerber, George Clooney and Mike Meldman. It began as the friends' own house tequila, made to be smooth enough to drink without salt or lime.

Diageo bought the brand in 2017. Today Casamigos makes Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Cristalino tequilas, plus a Mezcal and ready-to-drink Margaritas.
