About this tequila

Casamigos Reposado starts with the same slow-roasted, twice-distilled agave as the Blanco, then rests for at least six months in American white oak. That time turns the color to golden honey and adds a soft layer of oak.

Caramel and a hint of cocoa come first, followed by dried fruit, spicy oak and a touch of sweet agave on a silky palate. It is smooth enough to sip neat and adds depth to a Margarita or an Old Fashioned made with tequila.

Casamigos, 'house of friends', was created in 2013 by Rande Gerber, George Clooney and Mike Meldman. It began as the friends' own house tequila, made to be smooth enough to drink without salt or lime.

Diageo bought the brand in 2017. Today Casamigos makes Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Cristalino tequilas, plus a Mezcal and ready-to-drink Margaritas.
