JaliscoCascahuín Añejo Tequila
Cascahuín Añejo spends 14 to 16 months in American oak barrels, many of them used for tequila for decades, so the wood adds depth without burying the agave. It is a sipping tequila from one of the oldest family distilleries in El Arenal; serve it neat in a tasting glass.

from the producer
Tequila Cascahuín has made tequila since 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco, at the gateway to the agave landscape of the Tequila Valley. The name, chosen by founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, comes from a pre-Hispanic word read as 'hill of light'. The family still runs the distillery, cooks agave in masonry ovens and makes its tequilas without additives.
