About this tequila
Cascahuín Blanco is marked by the mineral character of El Arenal, the town where the Rosales family distills it. Cooking the agave slowly in masonry ovens gives dominant aromas and flavors of cooked agave, while keeping a fresh citrus lift.
Sip it neat to taste the agave, or use it in a classic margarita.

from the producer
Tequila Cascahuín has made tequila since 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco, at the gateway to the agave landscape of the Tequila Valley. The name, chosen by founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, comes from a pre-Hispanic word read as 'hill of light'. The family still runs the distillery, cooks agave in masonry ovens and makes its tequilas without additives.
