About this tequila
Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco is the entry point to the brand: an unaged, additive-free tequila from lowland agave in the Tequila Valley, made with natural spring water and double-distilled in pot stills with copper coils.
It is cooked-agave driven, with mineral and citrus notes, and works both neat and in a margarita.

Cazcanes is an additive-free tequila brand distilled at NOM 1614 in Amatitán, in Jalisco's Tequila Valley. It cooks agave slowly in a low-pressure autoclave, uses natural spring water, ferments in stainless steel and double-distills in pot stills with copper coils.
