About this sparkling
Chandon Brut Rosé is made from grapes picked at night in cool-climate Northern California vineyards and fermented a second time in bottle. A small portion of skin-macerated Pinot Noir red wine gives it color and berry flavor, and at least 12 months on the lees adds a creamy texture.
It is lively and juicy, full of strawberry, raspberry and red currant, with a smooth mouthfeel and a bright, dry finish. Serve it at 49-54°F.
