About this rtd

Chandon's Garden Spritz, the original of its spritz collection, is built on a sparkling wine of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sémillon from Mendoza, Argentina. It is blended with a macerate of bitter organic oranges grown on a family farm in Tucumán, plus a secret mix of herbs and spices.

The flavor is bittersweet orange with spice and bright citrus tension. All the mixing is done: pour over ice, garnish and serve. Chandon suggests a dried orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.

from the producer

Chandon California was founded in 1973 by Moët & Chandon, the first French Champagne house to set up a sparkling-wine winery in the US. Its winery in Yountville, Napa Valley, opened in 1977.

Chandon makes its wines with the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle, from grapes grown in cool-climate parts of Northern California.
