Sherry shows clearly on the nose, with dried plum, raisin, apricot, brown sugar, clove and cinnamon, plus cacao and oak. The finish is long, with dried plum, cinnamon, cacao, clove, tobacco and caramelized walnut. It is made for slow sipping.

Clase Azul is a Mexican tequila house best known for its handcrafted ceramic decanters, made and hand-painted by artisans, many of them in the Mazahua community of Santa María Canchesdá, so no two bottles are exactly alike.

The range spans Plata, Reposado and Añejo tequilas, plus mezcal and limited editions. The Reposado, in its cobalt-and-white decanter, is the brand's signature bottle.
