About this wine
The 2023 DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfumed, weighty Paso Robles red. Black cherry, cassis and plum meet desert sage, sandalwood and a dusty minerality, with cigar box, leather and bay leaf behind. The palate brings black raspberry, spicy currant, blueberry compote and baking spice over ripe, fine-grained tannins.
